In The Hand Hug, the message is simple: a little kindness can ease worry, calm the heart, and remind us we’re not alone. While yesterday focused on what brings us joy, today we focus on spreading joy to someone else.

It might sound like:

Just like a physical Hand Hug brings warmth and connection, a Verbal Hand Hug brings emotional comfort. Your words carry power — the power to lift someone’s spirit, brighten their day, and remind them that they matter.
Day 2 Challenge: Give One Verbal Hand Hug
Today’s challenge is simple and heartfelt:

It could be:✔ a friend✔ a teacher✔ a coworker✔ a child✔ a neighbor✔ or even a stranger who looks like they could use a smile
Speak from your heart and let your words wrap around them like a gentle hug.
