Today's Challenge...Our Opportunity!

Do you remember “why” you chose to serve in education? Do you feel like your “joy” is no longer present?

With the onset of COVID-19 many of us have allowed our purpose and passion to become buried in all the things we have to do. However, I believe it’s in moments of struggle, that the power of our purpose provides energy for us to move further into our why- the reason we were created. With a clear sense of purpose at your disposal, you can focus your energy on what matters most – your mental well-being and being able to support those in your care.

Let’s face it, 2020 dramatically changed the way we live our everyday lives. This does not mean that our “why” has changed; it simply requires that we must readjust our “how” we make things happen! Educators need to be reminded of their “why” to experience growth and renewal in education—and they need strategies to help them navigate the ever-changing landscape of this profession.

Now more than ever, it’s important to have the skills to transform the negative stories you’re telling yourself so that you can create a different experience. Having a positive mindset when faced with so much adversity can be challenging, however, it’s possible. Wayne Dyer said, Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at change.

Because we are the ones who assign meaning to everything around us, this idea challenges us to reframe what is happening in our life so that we can focus on the possibilities rather than the challenges.

Our Keynote Experiences are filled with inspirational ways to help leaders and educators embrace the beauty in every struggle as they learn to focus on the positive.
