I wanted to take a moment and thank each of you for being such a major supporter in my life. In honor of Thanksgiving, I want to invite you and your families to create a Family Hand Hug! In my children's book, The Hand Hug, I invite children to look for the good in the world and write down all the things that make them happy.
As you are spending time with family today, create a Family Hand Hug and write down all the things that bring you joy. Hang your hand hugs in a place in your homes where you are reminded of all the good in your life!
